Mental Health Resources

This is not a comprehensive list, but a starting point for you to get help.  My perspective is from the perspective of a person with cPTSD, so some of my resources are skewed towards abuse and trauma.  The services are for you to explore and research.  See what works for you.   End the stigma.  You are not alone.

Donate to organizations to help others and help end the stigma
