Although she holds a Bachelor Degree in Drama from the University of Georgia with a focus in directing, Becca never imagined that she would be a performer.  Becca tenuously entered into the world of performance for her fortieth birthday with a single performance to thank her friends and family for their support over the years. Surprised by the joy that came from singing, she waded further into the waters of cabaret by joining the Manhattan Association of Clubs and Cabaret (MAC) and began to put together her debut show A Song and Its Girl with the assistance of award-winning cabaret artists:  Tracy Stark and Gretchen Reinhagen.  This show garnered Becca her 2018 MAC Award Nomination for Best New York Debut – Female.  She has created five other shows to much acclaim, which include:  Fangirl, Show of Dares Volume 1, My Maybe World: the music of Mary Chapin Carpenter (which won the 2021 Broadway World Cabaret Award for Best Tribute Show),  Together Inside,  Show of Dares Volume 2, and If You Hadn’t But You Did: songs of love, sex, and murder.  She has had the opportunity to work with many cabaret and jazz luminaries including Meg Flather with the award-winning show Meg Flather Songs:  A Cabaret SisterhoodJeff Harnar, Matt Baker, Jon Weber, Nicole Zuraitis, and Kristine Zbornik, among others.  She was fortunate to be featured in the demo recording for The Church of the Alien Love Child Presents: The Passion of Rev. Yolanda.
