Becca Kidwell Reveals How Music Brings Connection And Wonder In “A SONG & ITS GIRL”

New York, NY:  May 17, 2017, Becca C. Kidwell discovers her voice through singing and performing as she reprises her cabaret show, “A Song & Its Girl” on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Don’t Tell Mama.

“A Song & Its Girl” marks Becca Kidwell’s professional cabaret debut after testing the waters in shows at the Metropolitan Room and Don’t Tell Mama over the past two years, with the direction of Gretchen Reinhagen and  the musical direction of Tracy Stark, both MAC and Bistro Award winners, to share her journey from being a shy, quiet girl to a strong, confident woman and performer with this encore performance of her new show, “A Song & Its Girl” through music from the American Songbook, modern musical theatre, and popular music.

Gen-Xer Confronts Midlife in Her New Cabaret Show

 

New York, NY‒Becca C. Kidwell sings of her Gen-X midlife exploration in her new cabaret act, “A Song & Its Girl” on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 4:30pm at Don’t Tell Mama.

Following her first show, “Oh Fudge!  I’m Forty!” at the Metropolitan Room, Becca returns to the cabaret stage at Don’t Tell Mama, under direction of Gretchen Reinhagen and  musical direction of Tracy Stark, both MAC and Bistro Award winners, to declare her love of performance through song in her new show, “A Song & Its Girl” with music from the American Songbook, modern musical theatre, and popular music.

I’m Forty!” at the Metropolitan Room, 34 W. 22nd St. New York, NY on May 2nd at 9:30pm.
